Bolivia is a country in the middle of South America. It does not have a coastline. Bolivia has the highest big city in the world and the largest salt flat on Earth. It is a land of amazing natural wonders.

About 12 million people live in Bolivia. The main government city is La Paz, which sits about 12,000 feet above sea level. The Salar de Uyuni is a giant white salt flat that stretches as far as the eye can see.
