Tanzania is a large country in East Africa. It has Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa, and the Serengeti, one of the greatest wildlife areas on Earth. Tanzania also has the beautiful island of Zanzibar.

About 65 million people live in Tanzania. The capital is Dodoma. Mount Kilimanjaro rises to 19,341 feet. The Serengeti Plain is home to millions of animals. Tanzania also has Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa.
