Setting Goals
Setting Goals
A goal is something you want to do or achieve. It could be learning to ride a bike, reading more books, or getting better at math. Setting goals helps you stay focused and motivated.
How to Set a Good Goal
Make your goal specific. Instead of saying, I want to read more, say, I want to read one book each month. Write your goal down so you remember it.
Break big goals into small steps. If your goal is to run a mile, start by running a little each day. Small steps add up to big achievements.
Staying on Track
Check in on your goal regularly. Are you making progress? If something is not working, try a different approach. Do not give up just because it gets hard.
Celebrate when you reach your goal. Then set a new one. People who set goals keep growing and getting better.
Fun Facts
