Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein is one of the most famous scientists ever. He was born in Germany in 1879. He came up with the theory of relativity, which changed how we think about space, time, and energy. His equation E=mc² is one of the most famous in all of science.

Early Life

Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany. As a child, he was curious about how things worked. He loved math and science. His family moved to Italy when he was a teenager, and he later studied in Switzerland.

Big Discoveries

In 1905, Einstein published four important papers that changed physics forever. He explained how light can act like tiny particles. He also showed that energy and mass are connected. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921.

Fun Facts

  • Einstein did not speak until he was about 3 years old.
  • He loved playing the violin and called it his favorite hobby.
  • Einstein's brain was kept after he died so scientists could study it.
