Jeff Bezos
Jeff Bezos is an American businessman and entrepreneur. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1964. He founded Amazon in 1994 as an online bookstore. Amazon grew into one of the biggest companies in the world.
Early Life
Bezos was curious and inventive from a young age. He turned his parents' garage into a science lab. He studied computer science and electrical engineering at Princeton University. He worked on Wall Street before deciding to start his own company.
Amazon and Blue Origin
Bezos started Amazon in his garage, selling books online. The company grew to sell almost everything imaginable. Amazon also created the Kindle e-reader and Alexa voice assistant. Bezos also founded Blue Origin, a space company that aims to make space travel possible for more people.
