Marc Hannah

Marc Hannah is an American computer scientist. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1956. He co-founded Silicon Graphics, Inc., a company that created 3D computer graphics. His technology was used to create special effects in many famous movies.

Early Life

Hannah loved science and technology from a young age. He studied electrical engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He earned a PhD from Stanford University. At Stanford, he met Jim Clark, and together they founded Silicon Graphics.
