Winston Churchill

Winston Churchill was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He was born in Blenheim Palace, England, in 1874. He led Britain through World War II with powerful speeches and strong determination. He is considered one of the greatest leaders of the 1900s.

Early Life

Churchill was born into a wealthy family. He did not do well in school at first. He joined the army and became a war reporter. He entered politics and held many government positions before becoming prime minister.
