Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a fun team sport played with a flying disc. Two teams run on a grass field and pass the disc to each other. To score, a player must catch the disc in the end zone. The game mixes parts of soccer, football, and basketball. It is easy to learn and a blast to play.

How to Play

Each team has seven players. The player with the disc cannot run, so they must throw it to a teammate. If the disc hits the ground or is caught by the other team, it changes hands. Players make points by catching the disc in the other team's end zone. Teams play until one side reaches a set number of points.

Spirit of the Game

Ultimate Frisbee is special because it often has no referees. Players call their own fouls and act fair. This is called the 'Spirit of the Game'. It teaches players to be honest and kind. Kids and adults all over the world play ultimate in parks and schools.
