Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world. Two people try to grab and pin each other to the ground. They use strength, balance, and smart moves to win. Wrestling has been a part of the Olympic Games for over 2,000 years.

Types of Wrestling

There are many styles of wrestling around the world. Freestyle wrestling lets players use their legs to grab. Greco-Roman wrestling only lets players use their arms. Both styles are part of the Olympics.
